Underglow Red

Milky clear dip that glows bright red! Aimed to use UNDER your dip: results vary. Works best with clear based dips w/o any white, and not too much glitters. (Feel free to message Michelle to check your choice(s) for compatibility.)

Won’t work with black or very dark colors: brightness will vary on opacity of dip. This includes glitter- full coverage glitter may cover more of the glow. We recommend Glow Metal for a black that glows best. Requires sunlight/ UV light to charge and glow will continue based on length of UV exposure.
