FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient and allow additional time for processing and shipping. Processing during normal times typically takes 3-5 days (m-f) and shipping within the US can take anywhere from 2-10 business days and more which has been happening more often please allow an additional 3-5 business days during releases, sales or specials
Q: What's my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided once it ships out. Please double check your spam folder.
Q: My package says it's in Pre-Shipment and USPS is awaiting the item for days now.
A: Due to the massive increase in online shopping and limited staff the USPS has been very busy. Occasionally an order does not get scanned in and just gets put on the truck in an effort to expedite delivery. It is not uncommon for a package to be scanned in and delivered on the same day. Please know that we are all doing the best we can. Patience in this time is very much appreciated.
Q: My package says it was delivered but it's not here.
A: Please contact your local post office first, they are best suited to help at this stage of the delivery. If they can't help please reach out via Facebook or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
