Collection: 2021 Neon Set
This set is made with extra fine neon glitters as the base. Added in are two glitter (one small chunky and one fine) plus a white/silver flake and a transparent chameleon flake. All seven colors glow as well! Twizzlers (red) does have added pigment. Since these glitters are custom made, the red is not neon enough in this small size. All other colors must be stirred before use to be opaque due to glitter and acrylic separation. :)
